How payment works
VendStand doesn't process payments. Your customer pays you directly — mobile money, cash on delivery, bank transfer, however you already work. The platform records the order and tracks it through to delivery; the money never passes through us, so there is nothing to deduct and nothing to wait for.

- How do I get paid?
- Directly by your customer. VendStand doesn't process payments and never holds your money — you arrange payment however you already do, whether that's mobile money, cash on delivery or bank transfer. Orders here record what was bought and where it's going.
- Is there really no commission?
- None. Since no money moves through the platform, there's nothing to take a cut of. You keep whatever your customer pays you.
- Will it stay free?
- It's free while VendStand is getting established. If that changes, the terms will be published here before they apply to anyone.
- What happens if an order is cancelled?
- Stock returns to your inventory automatically and any promo code use is released. Nothing is charged either way.
- Can I leave?
- Yes. You can close your store at any time. Your product data stays yours.
